Logistics panel discussion – How do we keep the Netherlands moving?
The Dutch logistics system is under pressure. Expectations are rising, particularly in areas such as sustainability, while developments are moving quickly, partly due to geopolitical uncertainty. Data and digitalisation offer significant opportunities to make operations across the supply chain more predictable and efficient.
At the same time, digitalisation introduces new vulnerabilities, including cyberattacks, and greater dependence on digital systems. How should we respond? How can we make the logistics supply chain more agile? And which logistics bottlenecks can we solve using data? Join the discussion with experts Adriaan Zeillemaker (Plaatsvervangend directeur Maritieme Zaken Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat), Erwin Dekker (Chief Information Officer Rotterdam Short Sea Terminals), Albert Veenstra (Hoogleraar handel en logistiek Erasmus Universiteit) en Sjoerd de Roover (Manager Business Engineering & IT van BTT Multimodal Container Solutions). The moderator is Johan Kerver (evofenedex).
