Stack

Trust is one of the key pillars of the OPEN DEI soft infrastructure classification: Identity, Access and Usage Control and Trusted Exchange, supported by governance structures. The BDI Trust Framework builds upon the iSHARE Trust Framework: seeking interoperability with other data space developments (IDSA, GAIA-X) , following the guidance as will be developed by the Data Space Support Centre.

The visualization of the BDI stack shows the technical, semantic and governance components interrelate. The stack defines indirectly what the leveld of compliance with the BDI framework are. The most important components to start with are: 

  • Identity 
  • Authentication 
  • Association Register 
  • Authorization
