ENDORSE - The European data conference on reference data and semantics

ENDORSE is the definitive platform for sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices in the management of interoperable reference data and semantic technologies. Since its inaugural event in 2021, ENDORSE has united experts, researchers, and professionals from national public administrations, international organisations, and EU institutions to discuss emerging trends in semantic interoperability, knowledge management, and digital policymaking.

Building on the significant momentum of previous editions, the Publications Office of the European Union and Interoperable Europe, supported by the Digital Europe Programme, are delighted to announce that the third edition of ENDORSE will take place in Brussels on 8 and 9 October 2025.

The slogan for ENDORSE 2025, 'Reference Data and AI: Transforming Data into Action across Borders and Languages', reflects our commitment to exploring the crucial intersection of reference data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). With the EU’s Artificial Intelligence Act coming into force on 1 August 2024, the conference offers a timely opportunity to discuss the use of AI within the context of reference data and semantic technologies.
