2. Governance of the BDI: adopting BDI initiatives 

Setting up governance for the Basic Data Infrastructure means recognising the diverse roles in the ecosystem — from end users to infrastructure providers — and finding ways to align their needs and responsibilities. In this session, we will explore key questions and perspectives around building a sustainable, stakeholder-driven governance model that can support long-term collaboration. The BOMOS methodology offers practical tools to guide the design of a governance structure that is both flexible and future-proof.
