Stages

The available tools and references are structured in stages to support a gradual and comprehensive learning process.

BDI for developers

The BDI framework aims to make usage as approachable as possible for developers. Developers can access multiple tools and references, ranging from introductory materials to creating a BDI association for controlled data sharing in production. This ensures that developers at any level of expertise can find the resources they need to successfully implement the BDI framework.

Each stage provides specific implementations based on the BDI Building Blocks, which you can explore in detail here.

We collaborate with our BDI service provider partners in certain stages. You can find a full list of our partners here: [link to BDI service providers]. By following this staged approach, developers can progressively build their skills and understanding, ultimately achieving full-scale controlled data sharing with confidence and ease.

Stage 1
The BDI Developer Portal is the gateway to embarking on your BDI journey, offering a comprehensive suite of tools designed to explore and test the full range of BDI capabilities. Whether you’re a seasoned developer or new to the BDI ecosystem, this portal provides an accessible environment to experiment with core functionalities, understand BDI principles, and see how they can be applied in real-world scenarios. By interacting with these tools, you can gain hands-on experience with the BDI architecture, build confidence in deploying its solutions, and discover how to effectively integrate BDI into your own projects.

Stage 2
Utilise existing third-party components to get started with the BDI.
